KK Holly is a somatic practitioner and sound therapy specialist with over 30 years of experience working in integrative and alternative healthcare settings. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and the use of sound, vibration, and breath-based practices to support brain balance, emotional stabilization, and stress recovery—particularly within mental health and dual-diagnosis populations. Trained initially in Reiki and Eastern healing modalities while living in Japan in the 1990s, KK has since integrated global healing wisdom traditions with contemporary neuroscience, somatic therapy, and evidence-informed approaches to self-regulation. She has presented at professional conferences including the Future of Health and the International Sound Healing Conference, and has collaborated alongside leaders such as Dr. Joe Dispenza. Through structured sound sessions and embodied practices, KK supports clients in developing practical, repeatable tools that enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and long-term recovery resilience.
