Ellen Barbieri is a Family Nurse Practitioner with three degrees from Sonoma State University, and a history of high-risk bedside nursing. Ellen’s heart and passion for addiction medicine comes from a deep desire to bear witness to others’ transformation. This comes from the foundational belief that anyone can heal, change is possible. Intensive community support, deep reflection and spiritual work led to Ellen’s own recovery journey, which continues to be the core of her self-actualization.
