Ole-Jan Hafstad, Reflections’ Executive Director, was a founding member of the Reflections Program in 2013, along with Dr. Hanna and Louise McCallion. Ole-Jan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Sacramento State and has extensive experience in the field of substance use treatment. Over the past 15 years, he has worked at notable organizations, including Mayflower Center as a tech and Alta Mira Recovery, where he served as Counseling Manager. He also helped start Full Circle Addiction and Recovery Services, where he served as Executive Director before rejoining Reflections in 2023.

Ole-Jan brings a personal passion for helping individuals recover from substance-related issues. He has a deep belief in and respect for an intensive, in-depth clinical approach to treating those suffering from co-occurring mental health disorders. At Reflections, he works with clients prior to their entry into treatment, ensuring that Reflections is the best fit for their needs. When it is not, he utilizes his extensive network of trusted providers to help clients find the most suitable treatment for their specific situations.

Ole-Jan remains dedicated to helping individuals with co-occurring disorders by tailoring treatment to meet their unique needs. He is passionate about transforming lives through the upscale, individualized, and highly clinical care provided at Reflections. Having been instrumental in starting Reflections, his return marks a renewed effort to broaden and expand the program’s clinical approach to recovery.
