Louise McCallion, CEO, founded Reflections in 2011, pivoting from her previous careers in hi-tech and Real Estate Development, when she was unsuccessful in locating a level of care that offered intensive, individualized, strengths and empowered based programs catering to otherwise high performing individuals and working professionals. Despite many successes and achievements in her life, the impacts of childhood trauma were still evident in many of her behavioral and relationship choices and her approach to rofe in general. Louise built a team of best-in-class professionals and together they executed on her vision to create the first truly Dual Diagnosis program in Northern California.
