Greg’s career in the substance abuse treatment field began in 2016 after his personal transformative experience in seeking help and starting his own journey in recovery. Greg became a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor graduating from the University of the Pacific in 2017 and began his career as Operations Manager with North Bay Recovery, an adult men’s partial hospitalization and outpatient program in San Rafael.

Greg joined the Reflections team in 2018. His passion and talent for all things operations and compliance related became evident and, having mastered many operational roles at Reflections, Greg is now responsible for all operational functions at Reflections. Additionally Greg is the liaison between Reflections various regulatory boards including State Licensing and Joint Commission.
