Overview
We have a safe, structured sober living environment that accommodates many of our clients participating in treatment at the partial hospitalization level of care (PHP). This program allows clients to continue working on their issues while implementing learned tools and behaviors to ensure a smooth transition back to mainstream living while remaining supported. This eight week dual diagnosis program is perfect for individuals who require a higher level of support than an outpatient program.
Extended Care / Sober Living Program
This program is ideal for (but not limited to):
- Individuals seeking a safe, structured, and sober living situation
- Individuals seeking comprehensive holistic drug and alcohol treatment coupled with life skills.
- Individuals who have completed a 30 day residential program who need ongoing support
- Individuals who require more freedoms in the evenings and on weekends
- Individuals who require a higher level of support than an Outpatient (IOP) program
What to Expect
What you can expect at Reflections Extended Care (PHP) Program:
- 3 Individual Sessions Per Week
- Doctoral and Masters level clinicians
- Yoga
- Art Therapy
- Music Therapy
- Accommodations in a serene gated estate setting
- Private and Semi Private rooms
- General House Staples Provided
- Lunch Provided M-F
- Transportation provided to and from PHP Clinical office
